Delete your CabNero account

मराठी: Passenger खातं डिलीट करण्यासाठी Login करून My Bookings → “खाते डिलीट करा” दाबा. Driver खात्यासाठी तुमच्या Vendor ला सांगा किंवा आम्हाला ईमेल करा.

Passengers (self-service)

Log in to the CabNero app or www.cabnero.in.
Open My Bookings and tap “खाते डिलीट करा” (Delete account) — or go directly to the button below.
Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are logged out.

Delete my passenger account

You must be logged in. If you have a trip in progress or a booking still waiting for a vehicle, cancel it or let it finish first.

Drivers

Driver accounts are created and managed by your vendor. To delete your driver account and data, ask your vendor to remove you from Drivers in the vendor panel, or email bookings@cabnero.com from your registered details (subject: “Delete driver account”, include your registered mobile number). We process requests within 30 days.

Can’t log in?

Email bookings@cabnero.com from the email on your account (subject: “Delete my account”) with your registered mobile number. We will verify and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleted immediately	Kept (de-identified)
Your name, mobile number and email on the account Password and Google sign-in link Notification (push) tokens Name, phone and email stored on your past bookings	Trip records (dates, pickup/drop, fare, vehicle) without your name, phone or email — kept for accounting, tax, insurance and dispute purposes as required by law Server security logs for a short period

Deletion cannot be undone. You can create a new account later with the same email or phone.
