थोडक्यात (मराठी): कोणतीही तक्रार, Refund किंवा सुरक्षिततेची अडचण असल्यास bookings@cabnero.com किंवा +९१ ८३२ ९३२ ७८९१ वर संपर्क करा. तक्रारीची पोच २ कामकाजी दिवसांत आणि निराकरण साधारण १५ दिवसांत केलं जातं.

In danger or an accident, call 112 first. Then report to us on +91 832 932 7891.

3. How to complain

Write or WhatsApp us with your booking ID, registered mobile number, a short description and screenshots/transaction ID if it is about a payment. We acknowledge within 2 business days.

4. Grievance Officer

If your concern is not resolved at the first level, write to the Grievance Officer, CabNero Rentals at bookings@cabnero.com with the subject “Grievance – <booking ID>”. We aim to resolve complaints within 15 days of receipt and will tell you the outcome in writing.

5. Privacy and data requests
