What "verified" means at CabNero
- Government ID and driving-license verification before onboarding.
- Background and driving-history checks, refreshed periodically rather than done once and forgotten.
- A vehicle and documentation check so the car matches what's listed against the driver's profile.
What "trained" means at CabNero
Verification tells us a driver is who they say they are; training tells us they'll do the job well. CabNero drivers are briefed on defensive driving habits, customer etiquette, and route familiarity across our core corridors — Kolhapur, Pune, Mumbai, Goa and Amboli. Drivers assigned to corporate accounts get an additional briefing on punctuality and professional conduct, since a late pickup for an office commute has a different cost than a late pickup for a leisure trip.
Where this matters most
Verified, trained drivers matter every time you book, but the difference shows up most on the trips where you have the least room for error: an early-morning airport run, a late-night outstation drop, or daily corporate employee transport where the same driver may be picking up colleagues at several stops before the first meeting.
Common questions
How does CabNero verify its drivers?
Every driver goes through identity and license verification, a background check, and a road-readiness and etiquette training round before being listed for customer bookings.
Are CabNero drivers trained for corporate travel?
Yes. Drivers assigned to corporate employee transport and hotel or tour-operator partners complete additional briefing on punctuality, professional conduct and cost-center trip protocols.
